Nayiri is the head of the Khasawneh and Associates Intellectual Property, Arbitration & Litigation, and Employment Law teams and has recently been appointed as a Domain Name Panelist with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre in Geneva. She also has extensive expertise in company formations and general commercial contracts.
| Before joining Khasawneh & Associates in 2004, Nayiri worked as in-house counsel for Nestlé Middle East, handling corporate legal work in the Middle Eastern market in the fields of commercial and companies law, intellectual property, distribution and agency agreements, and joint ventures. She also served as Regional Intellectual Property Advisor for the Nestlé Group, managing the company's trademark portfolio in the
Middle East and several African countries. Prior to that, Nayiri worked for leading law firms in Damascus, specialising in the areas of commercial, company and investment law. |
